These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleanup mobile application ("the app") provided by toinfinity ("we", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cleanup is a phone storage management app that helps you identify and remove duplicate photos, similar images, screenshots, and duplicate contacts. The app also provides video compression and storage analysis tools.

1. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

• Cleanup offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription at $7.99/week (price may vary by region).
• A 3-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google per their refund policies.

1. FREE TIER

Without a subscription, you can scan your entire photo library and contacts for free. Deletion is limited to 5 items. After reaching this limit, a subscription is required to continue deleting.

1. YOUR DATA AND RESPONSIBILITY

• All data processing (scanning, hashing, grouping) happens locally on your device.
• When you choose to delete photos or contacts, the app uses your device's native deletion APIs. Deleted photos are moved to "Recently Deleted" and can be recovered within 30 days. Contact deletions are permanent.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion. We recommend checking each item carefully before deleting.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the deletion features.

1. VIDEO COMPRESSION

The video compression feature replaces the original video with a compressed version. This action cannot be undone. The original video is permanently deleted after compression. You are responsible for backing up any videos you wish to preserve in their original quality.
